About the event

Break free from emotional eating: Your path to self-care and balance

A safe space for you – without stigmatization, with lots of understanding.

Do you sometimes eat to cope with stress, fill loneliness, or soothe restlessness? You're not alone. I invite you to join a group where we'll bring emotional eating out of the shadows. Together, we'll learn to understand your body's language and discover new ways to truly nourish you. Throughout the course, you'll have the opportunity to connect with other participants via WhatsApp chat.

Here's what you can expect in our 4 modules:

  • Module 1: Mindful Observation . Learn to view your eating habits like a neutral observer. We replace self-judgment with curiosity, thus creating the foundation for real change.

  • Module 2: Sensing and Naming Feelings Where does anger reside? What does emptiness feel like? We train body awareness so that you can locate and precisely name emotions.
